    Ingredients

    • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
    • milk - 50 ml
    • onion - 1 pc.
    • chicken fillet - 150 g
    • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.
    • dill - 3 sprigs
    • ground black pepper

    Preparation

    1. Boil the chicken meat, bake it or, as in this recipe, fry it in a frying pan. The last option is faster.

    Rinse the fillet and dry with a paper towel, cut into small pieces. Heat a small amount of oil, place the chicken in it and fry it over high heat until lightly browned.

    2. Peel the onion. Cut into small pieces. Add to fried meat. Fry over medium heat until the onion becomes soft.

    3. Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Pass with a whisk to mix the yolks with the whites.

    4. Pour milk or cream. Stir.

    5. Rinse the dill. Finely chop and add to the omelette mixture. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. You can experiment with spices.
