Since childhood, we all loved milkshakes; in our city, on every corner there were refrigerators under an umbrella with bottles of market milk and ancient blenders that tirelessly grinded a cocktail with ice cream for every taste. Later, McDonald's appeared, and everyone started drinking Milkshakes there, where to this day they sometimes buy them for themselves.

I decided that a milkshake at home could be made much more tasty and healthy, so I set about the task. My favorite option is a vanilla milkshake with banana, which also doubles as ice cream, but more on that later. In second place I have the chocolate milkshake, and then the strawberry one. Which one is your favorite?

Actively preparing a milkshake will only take a few minutes. However, you should prepare in advance. I slightly modified the classic milkshake with ice cream to make it tasty and healthy. I replaced the ice cream with frozen bananas, from which I make healthy banana ice cream every day. And if you still didn’t know, I highly recommend watching, reading and cooking, because this is the find of the century!

Bananas must be peeled in advance, broken into small pieces, placed in a plastic container and placed in the freezer for at least 2 hours. After that, if you beat them with a blender, they will already become ice cream even without additives. Therefore, our milkshake without ice cream will actually contain just that, only with a very healthy and natural one. Let's start preparing the base.

Vanilla milkshake with banana

The first milkshake recipe will be the basis for all the others. Place frozen bananas in a blender and fill them with milk.

We cut the vanilla stick in half lengthwise and take out the seeds from it using a knife, and also put it in the blender. The vanilla pod can be replaced with regular vanillin, you just need a very small amount of it, on the tip of a knife. If you want to sweeten the Milkshake more, add one or two pitted dates, they are easy to get.

The easiest way to whip a milkshake is with a blender. I recently got professional blender RawMiD Dream Modern2 BDM-06, which I will talk about in detail a little later. This is where I make Milkshakes. Turn on the machine and grind everything until smooth. The banana milk shake is ready, pour it into a glass or smoothie jar.

Strawberry milkshake

In this version, add strawberries to the vanilla base and grind everything again with a blender. You can immediately put all the ingredients with strawberries together, a powerful blender will handle them anyway. If you don't have fresh strawberries, use frozen ones.

You don't have to make a milkshake with strawberries; you can use absolutely any of your favorite berries. Cool alternatives would be blueberries or raspberries. Grind everything and pour it into a glass.

Chocolate milkshake

In this last version, I will tell you how to make a cocoa milk smoothie. Add cocoa and pitted dates to the base.

And yes, turn on the blender again for the milkshake, grind everything well. Pour into a cup and sprinkle a pinch of ground nutmeg on top.

The end result was such beautiful milkshakes!

  • pasteurized or boiled milk – 200 ml;
  • vanilla, mint (optional) - to taste;
  • powdered sugar - to taste;

Preparation

  1. Beat the cooled milk in a blender a little.
  2. Add ice cream and desired flavorings.

How to make a cocktail from chocolate and milk?

  2. Melt the chocolate, add it to the milk mixture and beat the mixture for 5 minutes.
  3. The finished warm chocolate cocktail is poured into glasses, sprinkled with grated white chocolate and served immediately.

Banana chocolate shake


A chocolate-banana smoothie in a blender turns out especially fragrant. To prepare it, it is preferable to choose ripe bananas with soft, fragrant pulp and natural thick yogurt without additives. Tasting such a drink will not only bring true pleasure, but will also saturate the body with valuable elements and lift your spirits.

Ingredients:

  • cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • pasteurized or boiled milk – 300 ml;
  • natural yogurt – 1 glass;
  • ripe bananas – 2 pcs.;
  • grated chocolate.

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas and place them in a blender bowl.
  2. Add yogurt, milk and cocoa, beat the contents for 5 minutes or until desired fluffiness and homogeneity.

  • fresh mint – 1-2 sprigs.

Preparation

  1. Chopped mint along with milk is placed in a blender and blended for a couple of minutes.

  • milk ice cream – 300 g;
  • pasteurized or boiled milk – 400 ml;
  • powdered sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon or to taste;
  • cocoa powder – 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • grated chocolate, vanilla.

Preparation

  1. Beat chilled milk in a blender.
  2. Add ice cream, cocoa powder, add vanilla and powdered sugar.
  3. Turn on the blender for 5 minutes, after which the drink is poured into glasses, sprinkled with grated chocolate or cocoa.

Alcoholic cocktail with chocolate syrup


The following recipe is aimed at an adult audience. From it you will learn how to make a chocolate cocktail at home with syrup and alcohol. As the latter, you can use cognac, brandy, rum or liqueur. In some cases, egg yolk is added to the composition, which gives additional thickness and richness to the drink.

Ingredients:

  • chocolate ice cream – 100 g;
  • medium fat cream – 150 ml;
  • brandy, cognac or liqueur – 100-120 ml;
  • chocolate syrup – 30 ml;
  • vanillin, nutmeg - a pinch;

  1. Combine cream, alcohol, vanillin and ice in a blender or shaker and beat thoroughly.

Another drink option for adults is. Easy to prepare and delicious, the drink will be a great addition to the appetizers on the party menu or a wonderful treat for visiting guests. If you have some chocolate ice cream and milk in the refrigerator, and the bar has a liqueur with the corresponding flavor, you can prepare the treat in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • chocolate ice cream – 200 g;
  • milk – 200 ml;
  • chocolate liqueur – 50 ml.

How to make a smoothie with banana, chocolate and milk

To prepare this cocktail, I use homemade, unboiled milk. But this is only possible if you are sure that the milk comes from a clean and healthy cow. Otherwise, it is better to use store-bought pasteurized milk to prepare the cocktail. Before cooking, milk should be well cooled, but not frozen. Pour a glass of milk into a mixer, in which the process of mixing all the components of the cocktail will take place.


I used milk chocolate for the cocktail. But for those who do not like milk chocolate, it is quite possible to replace it with black chocolate. But then you may have to add a small amount of granulated sugar to the cocktail for sweetness. The chocolate must be grated on a fine grater.


Bananas must be washed before use, because... Before reaching our table, it makes a long journey, collecting dust and dirt on its skin. And often, for longer preservation, they are treated with various harmful solutions. Then peel and cut into small cubes.

Along with the grated chocolate, add the chopped banana to the milk in the mixer.


I also add a pinch of vanillin or vanilla sugar to the mixer for flavor. It will add a pleasant vanilla aroma to the cocktail.


Now whisk everything thoroughly until the banana completely turns into porridge and there are no pieces.


It is also possible to use creamy ice cream when preparing this cocktail, but I don’t do this because... Ice cream contains a lot of calories, but our version of the cocktail already has enough calories for one consumption. If, nevertheless, you want to add ice cream, then I recommend reducing the amount of chocolate and banana by half.
Serve the cocktail in a cocktail glass, decorating the rim with grated chocolate and sprinkling it on top.

If you want to amaze your guests with an unusually and originally decorated table or throw a children's party, the recipe for this chocolate-banana cocktail will be very useful for you. Children can come up with different names for it: “Zebra”, “Panda”, “Cheburashka” - it all depends on the thickness and shape of the multi-colored layers visible through the transparent surface of a beautiful glass goblet.
