Pie with puff pastry “Lazy” really lives up to its name. We will need: a pound of frozen store puff pastry, ground beef or veal minced meat - half a kilo, two eggs, carrot, onion, and some vegetable oil for frying. Meat pie in the oven, preheated well, can be cooked in 30-40 minutes.

Cook hard boiled eggs, cut them into cubes. Chop onions and carrots finely. Dough rolled in a form for baking. Prepare the stuffing. Onions and carrots fry in vegetable oil. Add the meat and fry until cooked under the lid in the pan. Just before the final, we also throw eggs there, spice it with spices and salt. Lay out the stuffing on a rolled cake dough, put on a baking sheet. We cover it with the same cake. Fasten the edges, forming a cake. We pierce the top cake with a fork in several places so that the cake does not “sulk”. We send a baking sheet with a pie in the oven. We bake for half an hour at about 180-200 degrees until ready (check with a match). It is possible for some time before the readiness to miss the tip of the masterpiece with a beaten egg in order to form a ruddy crust. Pie with meat in the oven is ready. Serve hot or cold. It goes well with sour cream, kefir, airan.

Chicken Puff Meat Pie

Ingredients: store puff pastry - 500 grams, chicken legs - 600 grams, oyster mushrooms - 200 grams, two onions, an egg, cream - half a cup, vegetable oil for frying, salt and pepper.

Fry chicken pieces to form a crust. Then cool and take out the bones. It should be about 400 grams of pure meat. We cut it finely enough. Mushrooms separately fried with onions and spices. Add the meat and mix. Fill with cream. The filling is ready. Roll out the dough into two layers. The bottom one is a little more than a form in which we will bake our piece of culinary art. One cake lay on a baking sheet, pre-oiled. Put the stuffing on top. Then cover the second part of the test. The edges are turned up. You can smear with a beaten egg. In the middle we make a hole for the outflow of air. We send the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 o C. Bake for thirty minutes. Serve warm, cut neatly into triangular pieces.

In the multicooker

Pie with meat in a slow cooker can be made even easier. No wonder because this device is popularly called the stove "for the lazy." We deal with the fillings in the same way as in the previous recipes. The technology remains the same. Take the dough store or prepare themselves, according to the above recipe. You can make a cake with puff pastry with meat using ready-made purchased dough or by preparing it yourself.

Meat Pie Puff Pastry

Baking homemade puff pastry is much tastier than shoplifting, so try making this dough yourself.

The cake is very satisfying due to the addition of potatoes.

We will need:

  • Puff pastry - 500 g;
  • Potatoes - 4-5 pcs .;
  • Butter - 20 g;

  • Milk - 2 tbsp. spoons;

Cooking:

It turns out very easy, but nourishing spring cake.

We will need:

  • Puff pastry - 500 g;
  • Egg - 2 pcs .;
  • Greens (parsley, dill, green onions);
  • Onion - 1 pc .;
  • Beef meat - 400 g;
  • White cheese - 150 g;
  • Hard cheese - 150 g.

Cooking:

  1. Broth beef meat for 40 minutes and pass through a meat grinder.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown, add it to the minced meat. All salted and pepper.

  • If you use frozen dough to make a cake, take it out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
  • For cooking meat pie, you can use any meat: pork, beef, chicken, pre-cooked: fried, stewed, boiled. It is not recommended to use raw meat - it may not be baked.
  • To make the filling more juicy, you can drive a raw egg into it - this also allows you to not disintegrate the filling.

On the hot, it was decided to do puff pastry pie with meat. The recipe was synthetic - I took the "chicken and mushrooms pie" as a basis and adjusted it to our modest possibilities at the present moment of reality. So for those who love to cook, there is a big field for creativity. :)

Ingredients:

2 sheets of puff pastry, the size of the bottom of the baking sheet. Whoever likes to do everything himself, can cook the dough.

500 grams of raw minced meat (beef + pork),

2 medium onions,

Pieces 20 olives,

Olive oil,

300 grams of Bechamel sauce (you can have another, I just had Bechamel),

100 grams of cream

100 grams of tomato paste,

Spices (salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic),

Parsley, green onions

Start cooking!

1. Fry the onion in a small amount of olive oil until golden brown.


Remove from fire and set aside.

2. On a large fire, heat the pan, pour out 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil and fry the meat to the crust. Then reduce the heat to medium, add the onion and fry the mixture for 5 minutes.


Now pour cream into the pan, lay the tomato paste, spices, parsley and green onions.


For 10-15 minutes, keep the filling on the fire, stirring occasionally (it is necessary that the excess moisture is evaporated). After that, remove the pan from the heat and transfer the stuffing to the bowl, trying to get rid of as much oil as possible (we do not need it).

3. Cut olives into thin half rings. I had olives stuffed with paprika. But, you can take the usual, or olives ...


and mix them in the stuffing. We try on the sufficiency of spices and, if necessary, add them.


4. Set the oven to heat up to 200 degrees, cover the baking sheet with baking paper and roll a sheet of dough over it. Then put a layer of filling


and cover it with a layer of bechamel sauce.


Now roll the second layer of dough over, pinch the edges, make punctures in the top layer (otherwise, the evaporating water will break the dough)


and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes. The cake is ready when the top is golden brown.
