Divide the broccoli into small florets and boil for 3-4 minutes. Cook the pasta (you can cook it in broccoli broth), drain the water. Put softened butter in a saucepan, add flour, grind. Pour in milk, mix with flour, simmer over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly with a whisk. Add grated Parmesan, salt, seasonings, mix well. Add broccoli and pasta to the resulting sauce, stir and place in a frying pan or mold, sprinkling Swiss cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.

Step 1: Boil the pasta.

You can take ready-made pasta, for example, those that were not eaten for lunch or dinner, or you can boil fresh ones. To do this, boil a sufficient amount of water in a saucepan, salt it and after boiling, lower the pasta. Then cook the products for the time indicated in the instructions on their packaging.


Place the finished pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water. Then add to them 15 grams butter and mix well.

Step 2: Prepare the eggs.



Break the chicken eggs into a deep plate. Add salt to them, and then beat thoroughly with a fork until smooth.

Step 3: Prepare pasta casserole with eggs.



Set the oven to preheat to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, combine pasta with beaten eggs.
Grease the bottom of the baking dish well with butter, and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs (one tablespoon is enough, leave the rest for now).
Place the mixed pasta with eggs on a baking sheet. Level the surface of the casserole. Cut the remaining butter into small pieces and place on top of the pasta. Finally, sprinkle everything with breadcrumbs.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until an appetizing golden crust forms.
Serve the finished pasta casserole with eggs hot.

The pasta casserole with eggs should be cut into portions and placed on plates. Serve as a separate dish or as a side dish. Add sauce or gravy to taste, garnish with fresh herbs or vegetables.
