Cut 1 sweet and 1 hot pepper in half, remove the core, cut into small cubes. Sift in a dish of 0, 75 cups of flour and mix it with 120 g. Starch, 2 tsp. baking powder, salt, diced pepper, 100 g of grated emmental cheese, 40 g. Grated parmesan, 1 tsp. Paprika, 285 g. Canned corn. Separately, beat 125 ml of corn oil, 375 g of natural yogurt and pour all this into the dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. You need high-quality, large chips. On them the filling is laid out, which is prepared as follows. Boiled shrimps, pitted black olives, garlic, pickled gherkins and a little brine from them, mayonnaise and melted cheese are ground in a blender until smooth. We advise you to fill the chips just before serving, otherwise they will be soaked.

Mini pizza
You will not need any experiments with dough here. Carefully cut round bottoms from plain toast bread. Then put on them the pizza toppings (of your choice) and bake in the oven for several minutes.

Making snacks "Mermaid"

  • fresh or frozen mushrooms 90 g,
  • butter 85 g,
  • onions 1 large head,
  • spicy cheese chips 200 g,
  • cheese 50 g,
  • sweet peppers of different colors
  • olives of different colors without stones,
  • ground pepper,
  • salt.

Cooking method:

  1. From a long loaf cut the crusts, cut it along with wide slices 5 mm thick, cut the circles with a notch for cookies. Fry the circles on
      oil until crispy.
  2. Mushrooms and onions finely chopped. Fry the onions in the butter, add the mushrooms and fry all together for 15-20 minutes (the mass should be juicy). Salt, pepper and add the crumbled chips.

  1. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk.
  2. Mix mayonnaise with sugar and salt. Finely chop the mushrooms, mix with mayonnaise and mashed yolks, setting aside two yolks for decoration.
  3. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped greens, put the stuffed eggs on it. Pour with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated yolks.
