It is enough to have a bread machine and a recipe for kefir bread at your disposal. Yeast baking with kefir is one of the most suitable options for making homemade white bread. Of course, in such cases, a bread machine comes to the rescue - baking in it is not at all difficult. Kefir bread turns out airy, fluffy and at the same time has an appetizing thin crust.

To make bread with kefir, you need to take the following products:

  • dry instant yeast - 2 tsp.
  • wheat flour – 550 g
  • salt – 1.5 tsp.
  • sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil – 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • butter - 20 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • kefir – 300 g

Let's start cooking. First you need to sift the flour through a sieve.

How to bake bread with kefir?

In order for homemade kefir bread to be a great success, you should correctly follow the recipe recommendations and the indicated proportions of ingredients, and also remember the following:

  1. The flour must be sifted before kneading the dough.
  2. Soda is added to kefir and left to quench for 5-10 minutes or, depending on the recipe, mixed into flour.
  3. Do not make the dough too dense by adding extra flour. To prevent the base from sticking, grease your hands with vegetable oil when kneading.
  4. Any recipe can be supplemented by adding fried seeds, nuts, dried fruits, sun-dried tomatoes or chopped olives to the dough.

Kefir bread without yeast in the oven


Kefir bread without yeast is prepared simply, but it turns out fluffy and soft inside, with a golden brown, crispy crust on the outside. It will take no more than 10 minutes to knead the dough, another 40 minutes will be needed to heat treat the base. In total, in 50 minutes a ruddy loaf of bread will smell fragrant on your table.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 2 cups;
  • kefir – 1 glass;
  • soda and salt - 1 teaspoon each;
  • refined vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. spoons.

Preparation

  1. Dissolve salt and soda in kefir, gradually add flour and knead, lubricating your hands with vegetable oil.
  2. After obtaining a homogeneous texture of the flour ball, it is transferred to an oiled pan and baked in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  3. In 30-40 minutes, quick kefir bread will be ready.

Kefir bread without yeast in a bread machine


Yeast-free kefir bread can be prepared without difficulty or hassle using a bread machine. The product will be as useful as possible if you replace part of the premium wheat flour with whole grain flour, add oatmeal, crushed flax seeds and dried fruits. It is better not to use soda, replacing it with baking powder.

Ingredients:

  • wheat and whole grain flour - 1 cup each;
  • rolled oats - ¾ cup;
  • dried fruits and nuts – 1 cup;
  • kefir – 1.5 cups;
  • refined vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • flax and sesame seeds, bran - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • liquid honey – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • salt – 1 teaspoon;
  • baking powder - 2.5 teaspoons.

Preparation

  1. Grind flax seeds in a blender or coffee grinder and fry them in a dry frying pan with bran and sesame seeds.
  2. Mix kefir, honey and butter and pour into the bread machine container.
  3. Add dry ingredients mixed separately in a bowl, supplementing them with dried fruits and nuts prepared in advance.
  4. Turn on the “Cupcake” or “Baking” mode.
  5. After the device signals, the kefir bread in the bread machine will be ready.

Rye bread with kefir without yeast


Kefir is healthier than white kefir, has a lower calorie content and high nutritional value. These baked goods are prepared in three minutes from simple and affordable ingredients. The main thing is not to overdo it with adding flour and stop in time, leaving the texture of the dough soft and slightly sticky, lubricating your hands with butter when kneading.

Ingredients:

  • rye flour – 200 g;
  • wheat flour – 100 g;
  • kefir – 300 ml;
  • salt and granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon each;
  • soda – ½ teaspoon.

Preparation

  1. Mix salt and sugar with two types of flour, add a little quenched soda, pour in kefir and knead first with a spoon and then with your hands.
  2. Let the dough lie under the film for 30-40 minutes, transfer it to a mold or onto a baking sheet, sprinkle it generously with flour.
  3. Rye bread is baked with kefir for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.

Irish bread with kefir


Kefir soda bread according to the Irish recipe can be made from wheat flour with bran or with the addition of a rye product. It turns out very tasty if you add raisins, fried sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds or chopped nuts to the dough. You can simply bake the product on a floured baking sheet or in a mold.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 500 g;
  • low-fat kefir – 450 ml;
  • seeds, chopped nuts and raisins – 50 g each;
  • salt and soda - 1 teaspoon each.

Preparation

  1. Flour is mixed with salt and soda, kefir is added, and kneaded.
  2. Add seeds and raisins and knead again.
  3. Decorate the bread, giving the dough the desired shape, place it on a baking sheet or in a mold, sprinkle with flour.
  4. Irish bread is baked on kefir for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.

Whole grain bread with kefir


Whole grain kefir bread has a high nutritional value and is indicated for inclusion in the diet. Such baked goods are especially useful and at the same time extremely nutritious if prepared with the addition of seeds, nuts and dried fruits, but the calorie content of such a product increases noticeably.

Ingredients:

  • whole grain flour – 450 g;
  • kefir – 400 ml;
  • seeds, nuts (optional) – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt and soda - 1 teaspoon each.

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl.

  • corn and wheat flour - 1 cup each;
  • kefir – 350 ml;
  • salt – ½ teaspoon;
  • baking powder and soda - 1 teaspoon each;
  • granulated sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil – ¼ cup.

Preparation

  1. Dry and wet ingredients are combined and mixed in two containers.
  2. Combine the two bases together and mix until as smooth as possible.
  3. Place the resulting base in an oiled and floured pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Bran bread with kefir


Kefir bread in the oven, prepared according to the following recipe, is as healthy as possible and, if consumed in moderation, will not only not add extra pounds, but, on the contrary, will rid the body of toxins, improve peristalsis and speed up metabolic processes. This is due to the bran added to the dough during kneading.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 2 cups;
  • bran – 2 cups;
  • low-fat kefir – 1.5 cups;
  • salt and soda - ½ teaspoon each;
  • vegetable oil – ½ cup.

Preparation

  1. Pour soda, salt, bran and flour into a mixture of kefir and vegetable oil and knead.

Kefir bread with yeast in the oven


If you cannot imagine your existence without the aroma characteristic of yeast baked goods, then the following bread recipe is especially for you. Its execution will allow you to get a fragrant, golden-brown bread with a soft, surprisingly fluffy crumb. You can use both wheat and rye, whole grain flour.

Ingredients:

  • water – ½ cup;
  • kefir – 400 ml;
  • flour – 800 g;
  • salt and dry yeast - 2 teaspoons each;
  • granulated sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. spoons.

Preparation

  1. Pour warm water over the yeast, add a little sugar and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Add warm kefir and other ingredients, knead, adding oil, until a homogeneous and plastic base texture is obtained.
  3. Leave the container with the dough in a warm place for a couple of hours, then knead it, give it a neat shape and place it on an oiled and floured baking sheet or in a mold.
  4. Bake kefir bread with yeast in a humidified oven for 30-40 minutes.

Kefir bread in a slow cooker without yeast


Even easier to prepare. Moreover, the ideal result will be when using any flour: wheat, rye, corn or a mixture of several types. The taste of baked goods can be enriched by flavoring the dough itself or the outside of the product with cumin, coriander seeds or aromatic dry herbs.

If you don’t know how to make yeast-free bread in a bread machine, then I have a simple recipe for you that is suitable for both the Moulinex bread machine and the Panasonic 2501. The thing is that I worked with this technique and I liked the result of the preparation.

Admit it, have you tried baking yeast-free bread in your assistant? I must admit, I thought about it once, but I didn’t find a similar recipe in the recipe book that came with the oven. And I left this thought... But for a while.

Not long ago I thought about yeast-free bread again. Still, it is believed that fresh baked goods with yeast are not entirely beneficial for our health, especially if we eat them very often (daily, for example). I don’t know if this is actually true, but it’s definitely harmful for your figure – the centimeters on your waist just want to add. Therefore, I urgently needed to find a recipe for bread without yeast. And I found it! And not only did I find it, but I also managed to bake this wonderful home building brick more than once.

It turns out that such baked goods are somewhat smaller than the usual bread made with yeast. But it still turns out very tasty, moderately airy and fluffy. And now I can calmly eat such bread without worrying about my figure and without worrying about the health of my loved ones. So I advise you to try a piece, especially since preparing the baked goods is not at all difficult.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 2.5 cups
  • Soda – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Kefir of any fat content – ​​1 glass (250 g)
  • Sugar – 0.5 tsp.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
