Take half a kilogram of young root vegetables, wash them very thoroughly and throw them into boiling water.

After boiling for five minutes, drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and place on a towel to dry the carrots.

Melt 50 g of butter in a saucepan, two tablespoons and add nutmeg on the tip of a knife.

Mix everything, add the carrots and stir slowly so that they are evenly covered with the sweet glaze.

After two minutes, you can place the shiny carrots on a plate, sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.

Prepared without flour or butter. The base is a mixture of nuts and dried fruits: soak 250 g of dried apricots or dates in warm water.

The remaining half of the dried fruits, 2 tbsp. l. Combine honey and a pinch of salt into a homogeneous mass with a blender.

A popular dessert in America is called Cake Pops - a sponge cake on a stick covered in chocolate and glaze.

We make fruit ice using the same method, but not with yogurt, but simply add water.

For half a kilogram of berries, take 8 tablespoons of sugar, 100 ml of water, a dessert spoon of lemon juice and zest.

In addition to vegetables, fruits and berries, milk, yogurt, condensed milk, nut or coconut milk, and juices are added to them.
