  4. sugar powder or cocoa for sprinkling a ready-made dish;
  5. beef or rusks for powdering molds for baking;
  6. vegetable or butter to lubricate the mold.

For filling:

  1. apples - 4-6 pieces (depending on the size);
  2. lemon juice for sprinkling apples;
  3. cinnamon, vanilla.

Recipe

Wash the apples thoroughly, remove the seeds. If the skin is very hard, then it is better to cut it, if not, then you can not remove it. Slice apples with wedges 2-4 mm thick. Sprinkle the workpieces with lemon juice so that apples do not darken while cooking pie. If desired, add cinnamon.

  • half a teaspoon of salt.

In the milk, add sugar and yeast, mix thoroughly. Carefully pour in three tablespoons of flour. Mix. Leave on for 15 minutes to allow the ingredients to dissolve. After this, you need to pour in the oil and add all the remaining flour in batches. Knead the dough, roll it in the form of a ball and cover with a tissue napkin. Fast yeast dough without eggs and milk

This variation of the preparation of a quick yeast test is the most economical. This recipe contains only the most necessary ingredients, milk and eggs are not needed. Despite this, the baking turns out to be airy and soft. So, the ingredients for a low-cost recipe:

  • 3 cups of water;
  • 100 grams of fresh "live" yeast;
  • 8 glasses of flour;
  • a glass of any vegetable oil;
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar;
  • a teaspoon of salt with a slide;

Water to heat, sprinkle salt, sugar and yeast. Gently mix and put into heat literally for 15 minutes. Preparation:

  • Pour warm water into a large bowl, stir sugar and yeast in it until it dissolves.
  • We put the mixture in a warm place and wait until a magnificent foam is formed. If the house is cold, we will place the bowl in the battery or put it in another bowl with hot water. In the summer, the process goes well at room temperature.
  • In the yeast mass, salt and pour the vegetable oil.
  • We fall asleep one glass of flour and stir with a spoon.

Another way to prepare the dough without milk. It will take half a liter of water, dry yeast (a packet, 2 tsp) and half a cup of vegetable oil. Another 3 eggs, salt - 1 tsp, 3 tbsp. l. Sahara.
