We will need:

Put it in a saucepan on 3 liters, pour it with cold water, put it on the stove and bring to a boil.

2. While the fish boils, cut the onion into small pieces.

3. As soon as the sturgeon boils, remove the foam and fill up our chopped onions. We reduce the temperature to a minimum so that our fish does not fall apart! Cook for 10 minutes, add salt and cook for 15 minutes.

4. Cut the potatoes. I love the bars.

5. Cut the pepper.

6. Cut fine greens. We need it to sprinkle boiled fish, add to the ear when cooking and already in a plate before serving.

7. Cut the carrot into strips.

8. We take out our finished fish and sprinkle it with another finely chopped onion and greens. Fall asleep sliced ​​potatoes, carrots and peppers. Bring to a boil at high temperature, put on a slow gas and cook for 15 minutes.
