It should be emphasized that the amount of sugar can be increased if you prefer a sweeter marinade. Snack of pickled vegetables of fast preparation, it can be eaten in 12-14 hours. I recommend for the first time to prepare a small portion of pickled pickled vegetables and find out experimentally the proportion of sugar and salt that you like to taste.



  Ingredients for 2 cans of 300 ml:
- cauliflower green and purple - ½ head;
- Pepper mini sweet Bulgarian - 8-10;
- Zucchini is a little young - 1 pc .;
- red onion - 1 onion;
- fresh mint - 1-2 sprigs;
- the water is clean - 1 measuring cup / cup;
- White vinegar 6% - 1 measuring cup / cup;
- white sugar - 2 tablespoons l .;
- salt coarse - 1 tsp;
- black / white pepper peas - 5-6 pcs .;
- Cloves and badian - 2-3 pcs. (optional);
- bay leaf - 3-4 pcs .;
- fresh garlic - 3-4 cloves.

The main ingredients are bread, extra virgin olive oil, meat and good wine. It was made by baking chicken thighs with peppers, tomatoes, Italian bacon, white wine, and a tanned rosemary flavor. Anchovy baguette lures slowly roasted veal with a slightly spicy anchovy sauce and garlic confiture.

Cooking

Pour water and vinegar into a small stewpan / saucepan, pour in sugar and salt, add bay leaf and peppercorns, peeled and chopped garlic, as well as dry cloves and star anise / anise.   Now cover the container tightly with a lid, cover with a towel and leave at room temperature until it cools completely. Then put the jars of pickled vegetables in the fridge.

First you need to mix in a saucepan, sunflower oil, vinegar, sugar, salt. Throw in a mixture of peas black pepper, peeled garlic cloves, bay leaves. Put the mushrooms there and boil for 7 minutes.

Homemade Pickled Beet Recipe

Would need:

1kg of red beet,

1st of water

1CT table vinegar,

1 tablespoon sugar,

0.5 hl salt,

bay leaf, pepper, horseradish, cloves, garlic - to taste.

Beets should be washed and boiled until ready, then poured with cold water, peeled, cut into slices and put in a glass jar.

To prepare the marinade, vinegar must be mixed with water and salt, sugar, bay leaf, pepper, grated horseradish, cloves, and minced garlic should be added. Boil everything for about 2-3 minutes, and then cool.

Prepared beets should be poured over with a chilled marinade, covered with a lid and left for 2-3 days.

Homemade recipe for making beets in a marinade with a sour taste

Would need:

1kg of red beet,

100g vinegar (3 percent),

0,5st of water

1st tablespoon granulated sugar

1chl cumin,

0.5-1chl salt.

Beets need to boil until half ready. To cool. Cut into circles.

Boil the marinade out of water, vinegar, sugar, salt, cumin and pour the prepared beets. Cool it down.

Homemade recipe for pickled carrots with a spicy taste.

Would need:

1kg carrots,

2st of water.

0.5 ct granulated sugar

1chl of citric acid ,.

5 pea-scented peppercorns,

3-5 cloves of garlic,

coriander - to taste.

Carrots should be washed, boiled until half cooked, cool and cut into circles.

Water, sugar, salt, citric acid, garlic, allspice, coriander should be prepared marinade, mixing the listed components and bringing them to a boil. Pour them carrots, and then - cool.

Note. Based on this recipe, you can also make pickled beets. Instead of just 1 kilogram of carrots, you just need to take 1 kilogram of beets, and everything else without any changes.
