    • Flour – 2.5 cups
    • Butter – 300 g
    • Yolks – 3 pcs.
    • Walnuts (ground) – 1 cup
    • Sugar – 1 glass
    • Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon

    Sift the flour in a heap, mix with soda and make a well in the center. Grind the butter with sugar, gradually adding the yolks, add salt and pour the mixture into the flour. Quickly mix the whole mass with a knife and form it into a lump. Place the resulting dough in the cold for 30 minutes.     Sort out the raisins, wash, dry, put in a cup and pour in rum. Let stand for at least 30 minutes. Grind butter with powdered sugar until creamy.
