The recipe is very simple. First, choose cookies to your taste; they can be either shortbread or biscuit. Place it in a baking dish. Grind two thirds of the strawberries using a blender, add granulated sugar to it. Pour the resulting strawberry mixture onto the cookies. Top with the remaining third of the strawberries, cut into pieces. Add powdered sugar to the strawberries if you want the cake to be sweeter. Place your cake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. Cover it with the top layer - whipped cream.

You can use peaches instead of strawberries.

You will need:

  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Crumbled cookies - 250-300 g
  • Butter - 150 g
  • White wine - 120 ml
  • Gelatin - 3 tablespoons
  • Cream cheese - 300 g
  • Cream 30% fat - 400 g
  • Lemon juice - 4 tablespoons

Crumble the cookies, mix with melted butter sugar, add half the vanilla sugar. Place the resulting shortbread dough in a mold and place it in the refrigerator to harden. It is this shortcrust pastry that will become the basis of your cheesecake.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Add white wine to gelatin. It will begin to swell. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, 50 g of sugar and the remaining vanilla with a mixer.

Place the gelatin and wine on the burner, add 100 g of sugar and bring to a boil.

Whip cold cream with the remaining sugar.

Add gelatin in small portions to the whipped cheese cream, then add the whipped cream.

And at the end, pour the cream onto the frozen shortbread cake. Refrigerate for another 3 hours. And your cheesecake is ready. Decorate it with chopped strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

5) Sponge cake

You will need the following products:

  • Plain or boiled condensed milk – 1 can
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Flour – 200 g
  • Eggs – 6 pieces
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Berries – 300 g

Separate the yolks from the whites and beat them with sugar. Also beat the whites separately with sugar. Then mix the whipped whites and yolks, add flour and knead the dough.

You can bake all the dough at once in one pan and cut it in half to make two layers. You can also divide the dough into two parts and bake the cakes separately.

The cakes are baked for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Some people might call this delicious and unusual cake a pie. During the baking process, even the ripest apricots become slightly sour. But when the sour filling and sweet custard are combined, there is no cloying taste. If you are not satisfied with the sweet and sour taste, then fresh apricots can be replaced with canned ones.

For shortbread dough:

  • cold butter 100 g,
  • granulated sugar 100 g,
  • flour 200 g,
  • egg 1 pc.,
  • baking powder ½ teaspoon.

How to cook:

Preparing the filling:

For the cream, cream with a fat content of 35% is used. Whip the cream in a bowl, which should be in ice water, or take condensed milk whipped with butter, or custard cream. It is better to make cream from butter with condensed milk. Beat a can of condensed milk with 150 - 200 grams of butter. Condensed milk should not contain vegetable fats.

The finished cake is cut in half if the cake was baked in a mold, and if it was baked on a baking sheet, divided into 4 parts. The lower part is greased with cream; if desired, you can put fresh or canned fruit on the cream, cover with a second cake layer. The top of the cake is coated with cream and decorated with fruits, coconut flakes or confectionery decorations.

For this cake, you can buy shortbread or sponge cakes. For the cream, mix a can of condensed milk and a stick of butter. The cream can be given color using carrot or beet juice. Combine the whipped yolks with the whites, gradually introducing them in small portions, kneading by hand with a spoon in one direction. The mass should remain fluffy. When the whites and yolks have combined, we also begin to gradually introduce the flour mixture. Place the resulting fluffy biscuit dough into a multicooker bowl, previously greased with butter or vegetable oil. Set the baking time to 1 hour 10 minutes on the BAKING program. I have a 700 W multicooker, so it takes me a little longer than with more powerful multicookers. And such beauty awaits us after the end of the program.

The biscuit turns out very tall. Today I simply decided to soak it with liquid cream made from condensed milk and softened butter, which I simply combined and beat with a mixer. Cut the cooled sponge cake into cake layers - I got 4 cake layers.

Soak each cake well with liquid cream and begin assembling the quick cake.

Between the cakes I wanted to place an apple, which I had previously peeled and thinly sliced.

We lay all the cakes in this way and cover with the top cake.

If you have some cream left, you can pour it over the top of the cake. I didn't have any extra cream, so I just decorated the top of the country cake with melted chocolate. It turned out quite beautiful and tasty. But this is how beautiful and tender it turned out when cut.

The huge variety of ready-made cakes offered by confectioners is pleasing to the eye. However, the price of such delicacies is often confusing, and the quality does not always correspond to their appearance. The best way out is to make the cake yourself, at home. There are many cake recipes that can be prepared in half an hour at home. These are cakes with or without baking, cooked in a frying pan or in the microwave. You just need to choose the right one.

No bake cakes

Such quick cakes, as a rule, do not require large expenses, since they are based on very inexpensive products - cookies, ordinary marshmallows, gingerbread. There are many recipes for such cakes; they come in handy when you need to quickly create a delicious dessert.

Marshmallow Cake

For a small cake you will need:

  • half a kilogram of marshmallows;
  • about 200 grams of shortbread cookies;
  • 200 grams of butter (you can use a 180 g pack);
  • 100 g walnut kernels;
  • 1 can of boiled condensed milk.

Before you start cooking, take the butter out of the refrigerator to let it melt a little. Chop the cookies and walnuts one at a time (leave a little for decorating the cake). This can be done using a blender. Divide the marshmallows into halves. Using a mixer, beat the butter with condensed milk. Also leave a third of the crushed cookies for decoration, and add the remaining part along with ground walnuts to the mixture with butter and condensed milk and stir to obtain a homogeneous mass.

Take a dish with a slightly larger diameter than the future cake and place the first layer of marshmallow halves tightly together. Grease a layer with cream, and place another one on top. Spread the cream again and you can decorate. In addition to cookie crumbs and walnuts, any confectionery decorations can be used.

If you need a large cake, count its components proportionally.

Cake "Striped"

According to the recipe, to prepare it at home you will need:

  • 300 g chocolate cookies;
  • 150 g sugar;
  • 20 g gelatin;
  • 400 g sour cream;
  • 1 chocolate bar (optional)

Soak the gelatin before cooking. Stir the cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream and pour gelatin dissolved in a water bath into this mixture. Mix everything with a mixer until a lump-free mass is obtained.

Take a cake pan (you can use a rectangular container) and wrap it in foil. Place layers of cookies and curd mixture into it. There should be a total of 4 layers of cookies. Leave the cake in the cold for several hours. When it hardens, place it on a plate (you can simply turn it over) and pour melted chocolate over it. The cake is ready in a hurry.

Gingerbread Cake

Its recipe is so simple that even the most inexperienced cook can handle it.

You will need:

  • 0.5-0.6 kg of chocolate gingerbread;
  • 700 g of the fattest sour cream;
  • ¾ cup sugar;
  • 3 bananas;
  • chocolate bar.

Mix sour cream with sugar and beat well. Cut the gingerbread into three layers (to make three 0.5 cm circles). Dip each circle in sour cream and place on a plate. Grease the first layer of gingerbread with cream and place sliced ​​banana on top.

Alternating layers of gingerbread and banana, form the cake so that you get a slide. The top layer should be gingerbread. Pour the remaining sour cream over it and cover with melted chocolate on top. Place the dish in the cold to allow the sour cream to harden. After a few hours, you can enjoy a wonderful cake, prepared in a hurry.

Quick baked cakes

You can make delicious cakes at home using a variety of doughs - puff pastry, biscuit, shortbread. Quick cakes are quite possible, even if you need to bake a bunch of cakes. Many recipes can be read from my mother’s cookbooks.

Napoleon cake"

Yes, you say, we found an easy cake! It couldn't be easier; it only takes half an hour to prepare! Prepare this recipe and see for yourself.

For the cake you need:

  • package of puff pastry 0.5 kg (not yeast);
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 stick of butter;
  • 1 glass of milk;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 1.5 cans of boiled condensed milk;
  • 1 tablespoon flour.

The dough can be in the form of plates, then there is no need to roll it out. If it is on a roll, roll it out into a layer of about 5 mm. Cut it into 2-3 cm squares. Cover a baking tray with baking paper and spread out the chopped dough (the pieces should not touch). In an oven preheated to 200°, bake the dough until browned. Cool the resulting shortcakes slightly. Leave a few squares for decorating the cake, and pour the rest into a bowl or pan. Crumble them so that some break into small pieces, and some remain intact.

Next, make the cream. Break the eggs into a blender bowl, add condensed milk, sugar and flour and pour in the milk. Whip the cream and place it in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add butter to the hot mixture and mix well. If you want a more airy cream, beat with a mixer.

While the cream is still hot, pour it over the mashed shortcakes. Everything is mixed very thoroughly and placed in a mold pre-wrapped in foil. When laying out the cake mixture, press it down with a spoon so that there are no voids left in it. Let the mixture cool and place it in the refrigerator. While the cake is cooling, make a decoration using crumbled remaining baked dough pieces. The final touch is to remove the cake from the mold and sprinkle it with puff crumbs.

The recipe is from grandma's bins, simple and very tasty. Carrots give the cake an unusual taste and color.

You will need:

  • 2 cups grated carrots;
  • 200 g margarine;
  • 1 cup sugar (or less, to taste);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • flour - how much dough will take (depends on the juiciness of the carrots).

Grind the yolks with sugar, melt the margarine, mix everything. Beat the whites until foamy and carefully fold into the mixture. Knead the dough so that it is not very dense and rolls out easily. Divide it into 3-4 parts. Bake the cakes in the oven at a temperature of 180-200°. For impregnation, use sour cream or any jam.

For sour cream you need 2 cups of full-fat sour cream and sugar to taste - about a cup. The result is a tender, not cloying cake.

"Zebra" cake

The beauty of this recipe is that the cake does not need to be soaked; it can be eaten immediately after cooking.

You will need for the test:

  • 200 g butter or baking margarine;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 1 glass of sour cream;
  • 1-1.5 cups sugar (to taste);
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa;
  • 3 cups flour.

Prepare the dough: beat eggs with 1 cup sugar, mix melted butter or margarine with 1 cup sour cream. Combine everything together and add soda, quenching it with vinegar. Knead the dough and divide it into 2 parts, put cocoa in one part - 2 tablespoons. Grease the dough pan with butter or margarine and sprinkle with semolina. Place a tablespoon of dough into the middle of the pan, alternating between white and chocolate dough. Bake in the oven at 180° for half an hour. You can check the readiness of the cake with a match or toothpick.

For the glaze:

  • 5 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 3 tablespoons butter;
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa;
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 chocolate bar.

Mix everything except chocolate and place in a saucepan. As the mixture heats up, add the broken chocolate. Let it boil and remove from heat. Cool slightly and pour glaze over the baked cake. When the glaze hardens (and it hardens quickly), the cake is ready to eat. All preparation at home takes a little over an hour.

Cake in a frying pan

Here's what you'll need for it:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • 450 g flour;
  • 0.5 liters of milk;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
  • 1 stick of butter;
  • 1 cup walnut kernels.

Start with cream, it takes longer to cook than shortcakes! Pour milk into a container, break 2 eggs into it, put 2 tablespoons of flour, add one glass of regular sugar and a bag of vanilla, beat the mixture and cook over low heat, stirring until it thickens. Remove the saucepan from the stove, stir the butter into the cream so that it is evenly distributed, and cover with a lid and a towel. When frosting the cakes, the cream should be almost hot.

Now you can do the cakes. Mix condensed milk with 1 egg, add slaked soda and begin to gradually mix in the flour. When the dough becomes too stiff to handle, add the remaining flour with your hands and divide it into 8 balls. Roll each ball into a cake and make several punctures on them with a fork. In a frying pan over medium heat, the cake is baked for 1 minute, then turned over and also baked on the other side.

If you don’t have an oven at home, a good solution would be to whip up a cake in a frying pan. It turns out that such recipes exist.

Similarly, you need to bake all 8 cakes. Cut them to the size of the dish that will hold the cake. Collect and crumble the scraps - they will be used to sprinkle the cake. Grease the cakes with hot cream and form the cake. Its sides also need to be coated well so that the sprinkles stick to it. Mix crumbs from the cakes and chopped walnuts and decorate the almost finished delicacy. In an hour, the most delicate cake will be ready.
