Cooking:

Wash squash, peel and cut into thin slices. Now we put the slices of zucchini into a colander, which we put in a bowl, salt and gently mix. When the zucchini squash juice, it will drain all into a bowl.

While squash infuses, wash, dry and chop greens. When zucchini get rid of excess fluid, add greens to them and mix. Garlic clean, wash, skip through the garlic and put in a small bowl. There also add pepper, vegetable oil, vinegar and honey. All thoroughly mixed and shipped in a container with zucchini and herbs. Now mix the marinade zucchini and send in the fridge for two hours. After this time, zucchini will be ready and can be consumed in food.

  • Stuffing - 200 gr.

Cooking:

To make the filling, clean, wash, chop finely and fry onion in a frying pan. Boil until half ready, wash and cool the rice. Then in one container we combine onions, rice, and mince. All thoroughly mixed. The filling is ready.

When the courgettes are stuffed, we smear their surface with mayonnaise, sprinkle with greens and send to the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30 - 50 minutes. After this time, zucchini will be ready!

Cooking:

Squash my, rid of the stem, dried and cut into cubes. Bulgarian pepper, dried, we get rid of seeds and stalk. My apple, rid of the core and cut into slices. We clean the onion, wash it and cut it into four parts. Clean carrots, wash and cut into large pieces. Garlic clean and wash. Beat in a blender pepper, carrot, apple, onion and garlic until smooth. Then we add salt, sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, tomato paste to the blender bowl and whisk it all together again.

Pour the mixture from a blender into a deep saucepan and bring to a boil. When the mixture boils in the pan, put the zucchini in it and cook until they are cooked. After about 1 hour of cooking, the appetizer is ready. Now it can be rolled up in banks for the winter, or simply cooled and served at the table, including the festive one.
