The first five-minute noodles, which are now eaten in many countries, appeared in Japan in 1958, when the enterprising Momofuku Ando founded the company and started producing instant noodles with chicken flavor. Convenient low-priced briquettes, which are easy to brew and quickly refreshed, spread across Asian countries and soon came to Europe.

In 1971, an improvement appears. Noodles are now available directly in plastic containers for even greater convenience of brewing.

The ideal composition of the briquette, which can be bought for only a few rubles in any store or supermarket, is noodles, salt, oil, and dry spices. Sometimes dried vegetables are also added there.

The noodles themselves do not cause any harm to the organism, because its composition is simple: wheat or rice flour and sometimes an egg (the so-called egg noodles). But what is added to a small bag can spoil your health. All because of the flavor enhancers added to the bag of spices.

Russian manufacturers almost instantly reacted to the appearance on the market of a semi-finished product that is wildly popular. So, the Rollton and BigBon brands appeared, but the first one was strengthened much stronger. In the media, commercials with memorable songs were constantly circling, and the brand’s slogan has changed over the years. Today it sounds like "Everywhere is yours."

Many believe that if you do not add the contents of a bag of spices to the noodles, it will be absolutely harmless.   Proceeding from everything written above, you probably want to ask - so why is Rollton really harmful if in small quantities it doesn’t cause any damage to the body? Well, firstly, it is really worth confirming that your intestines will not start bleeding from one package. However, those who prefer such food are rarely treated with a single bundle. And there are objective reasons for this.
  After all, in its nutritional properties - instant noodles - this is a "dummy", which does not store in itself almost nothing that is needed to reinforce human forces. In fact, you eat a certain substance made from flour and chemical additives, you feel a strong and pleasant taste, but your body is not saturated with vitamins and trace elements. What is the way out? Of course, to eat another pack ... And in this situation, it would be appropriate to speak about the harm of Rollton products.

With frequent use, you will feel lingering in your body. a large number of  water, it will manifest in the form of puffiness.
