It must be filled with cells 3x3 cm, one straight, the other obliquely. The amount of dough is calculated on a contour thickness of 3-3.5 mm and a cake size of approximately 35x25 cm. Essence: on the sheet of parchment draw the size of the cake, lubricate with oil. Put the dough into the pastry bag and squeeze out the contour of 3 mm thick dough first (no need is thicker !;), then start filling the middle - make 3x3 cm cells, not more !; Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. until the golden color, 20-25 minutes. Prepare the custard: pour 0.5 cups of milk separately. The rest of the milk is heated with sugar. Dissolve the starch in a bowl with 0.5 st. Of milk, add eggs, stir and pour the resulting mixture into the warmed milk.



Boil on medium heat, stirring all the time, until thick. Put the vanilla sugar and mix. In the cooled cream put the softened butter and beat until smooth. Here I changed the recipe a bit and added whipped cream and gently mixed it. It turned out great. delicious cream!
