We will cook a delicious cake made from crackers of fish, fruit and sour cream without baking. This is the perfect dish to pamper your loved ones with something delicious in the summer heat, when you do not want to turn on the oven.
Ingredients for cake from fish cookies:

  • 200 grams of butter
  • 250 gr sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • a jar of canned pineapples (or fresh apricots, bananas, peaches)
  • 200-300 g small fish cookies (not salty)

Take the softened butter, mix it with sour cream and sugar to get a homogeneous mass. Then add pieces of fruit (bananas, pineapples, apricots or peaches) to the mixture.

To make a delicious fish cake, we need:

  • 300 grams of fish type cookies,
  • 100 grams of raisins,
  •   20 grams of instant gelatin,
  • 150 ml of water
  • 700 grams of sour cream,
  • 1 cup of sugar,
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder,
  • 70-100 grams of chocolate (I have dark),
  • grapes, peaches, apricots or other fruits to taste,
  • 1 pack of colorless jelly for cake or regular jellysuitable for fruit color.

Form for cake with cling film. Apricots or peaches cut into thin slices and put on the bottom of the form. We dissolve the instructions jelly and pour apricots. Remove the form in the fridge to freeze the jelly.


Raisin well wash and fill hot water. After it swells, the water must be drained.

Gelatin soak in cold waterleave to swell for 10 minutes. Then heat it to 60 degrees (stir until the grains are completely dissolved). Set aside to cool down a bit.

We will get the form with the frozen jelly from the refrigerator, put about 1/3 of the cracker-sour cream into it, sprinkle half of the norm of chocolate on top, then 1/3 of the mixture from the biscuits, the remaining chocolate and then the remaining crackers. Smooth the surface of the cake and put it in the fridge until it solidifies. Optionally, you can make the bottom of the cake from cookies.


When the cake from the fish froze, carefully remove it from the mold, remove the film and serve it to tea.

I started the preparation for cooking with oil (it was taken out of the refrigerator beforehand) and dried fruits (they were thoroughly washed and filled with hot water for 15 minutes).

When the oil reached the desired condition, pour sugar to it. You can add up to one glass, if the sweetness of store products seems familiar to you.
