  5. Grind onions and carrots with a knife, fry vegetables until ready in corn oil.

  • 1 celery stalk;
  • 200 g of bacon;
  • 500 g chicken;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • Salt pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the chicken, put it in a slow cooker and pour 2 liters of water, salt to taste.
  2. Boil chicken meat for 40-50 minutes in the “Cooking” mode, then put it on a plate, and pour the broth into a separate saucepan.
  3. When the chicken has cooled, separate the meat from the bones and finely chop.
  4. Bacon cut into small cubes, just chop the onion and celery, and grate the carrots.
  5. Turn on the "Baking" mode, grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and fry the bacon until golden brown.
  6. Add all the chopped vegetables to the bacon, fry in the same mode for another 5 minutes.
  7. Pour into the slow cooker chicken bouillon  and boil it for 10 minutes, then turn on the “Soup” or “Cooking” mode.
  8. Rinse peas and pour over the remaining ingredients, close the lid and cook the soup for half an hour.
  9. Add chicken meat to the pea soup, continue cooking for another 5 minutes, then leave the prepared dish in the “Heating” mode for 10 minutes.

We offer you another way to cook a delicious pea soup with chicken. So, we take smoked chicken, remove the meat and cut it into large pieces. Bacon dice. Onions and carrots clean and chop into thin straws. Celery wash and small chop with a knife.

Now we turn on the slow cooker into the net, set the “Multipovar” mode, set the temperature to 160 degrees, pour the vegetable butter, heat it and fry the bacon for 5 minutes. Then add carrots, onions and celery, cook another 5 minutes.

Next, pour into the bowl 1.5 liters hot water, bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes. After that, pour dry peas into the soup, reduce the temperature to 120 degrees and cook our soup for about half an hour. At the very end, add chicken, stir and simmer a little.

Ingredients:

  • dry peas - 300 g;
  • smoked chicken - 300 g;
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • onion - 2 pcs .;
  • carrots - 2 pcs .;
  • smoked bacon - 100 g;
  • bacon - 100 g;
  • spice.

Cooking

Wash peas, pour and leave to swell. In a saucepan, pour boiled water, put the peeled onion, carrots and bring to a boil. Then we lower it into boiling vegetable broth taken off the skin and boil it for about 15 minutes so that it gives up its savory flavor.
