4. Whip the egg with salt.



5. In a bowl, put chicken chops and pour them with beaten egg. Cover the bowl with film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.



6. Then take the fillets out of the refrigerator and bowls. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

7. Wash tomatoes and cut into semi-circles.



8. Peel and chop the onion and cut into large rings.



9. Cheese cut into thin slices.


10. Whip yoghurt or sour cream with herbs.


11. Lubricate the deep baking tray with vegetable oil or cover with baking paper.

12. At the bottom of the baking tray put a little onions.

Chicken breasts in French

We need:

  • 250 grams of mushrooms,
  • 200 ml of cream,
  • 1 onion,
  • 150 grams of cheese,
  • mayonnaise, sour cream,
  • 500 grams of chicken breasts,
  • salt, pepper, oil.

Chicken breast wash and cut into plates of medium thickness. Gently beat off the bird so that the meat does not become too thin. Salt and pepper the stock. Now take a small bowl, pour 200 ml into it. cream and put chicken into it. Allow to cool. Now that the chicken breasts are in a cool place, cut the mushrooms and onions, fry them.
