• 3 eggs;
  • green onions (we need only the green part);
  • 1 small fresh cucumber;
  • canned corn - a small jar;
  • smoked sausage (salami or semi smoked) - 150 g;
  • 1 carrot;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt.

Cooking process:

Wash eggs and boil. Protein grate on a coarse grater. Yolks until delayed.

Set the salad ring on a flat plate. Put egg whites in a ring, salt a little. Pour some mayonnaise into the center. Make sure that mayonnaise does not protrude beyond the edges of proteins. This recommendation applies to all layers of salad.

Put in a salad ring a layer of cucumber with onions. This layer is quite wet, and may not be smeared with mayonnaise.

Put 1-2 tablespoons of corn in the salad. A little salt. Just pour a little mayonnaise.

Few pieces of good smoked sausage  or salami cut into cubes. Lay a layer on top of the corn.

Grind grated fresh carrots, and laid in the ring. Let's make mayonnaise mesh. Spread the mayonnaise so that it covers the whole carrot with a thin layer. So the top of the salad will be more accurate.

Using a knife, finely chop the components into cubes and pour into a medium bowl.

Step 2: prepare the corn.


With the help of a can opener, open the jar of corn and gently pour into the sink the liquid in which it was stored. With the help of a tablespoon, we shift the component into a common container.

Step 3: prepare the cucumbers.


We wash the cucumbers thoroughly under running water, wipe them with kitchen paper towels and spread them on a flat surface. Attention:  If vegetables have a coarse skin, then be sure to cut it with a vegetable cutter. Next, remove the edges from the components and then grind them into thin quarters, circles, cubes, or a crescent. Attention:  what form the cucumbers will be chopped does not matter. The taste of the salad will not change. Shredded vegetables are moved to a bowl with other ingredients.

Step 4: prepare hard cheese.


Using a fine grater, rub hard cheese right on the cutting board. Then pour the chips in a clean plate and temporarily leave aside. Important:  This ingredient can either be added to a salad, or decorated with it. This is for your taste, but I usually prefer to mix the cheese with all the products.

Step 5: Prepare a salad of corn and cucumbers.


In the bowl with the ingredients to taste add mayonnaise and salt. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly and immediately pour the dish into a salad bowl.

Step 6: Serve a salad of corn and cucumbers.
