  • Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking process

Eggs are boiled in water until boiling, and then roasted them on medium heat for about seven minutes. At the end of cooking, immediately pour the eggs in cold water. This will make it easy to remove the eggshell from the eggs without damaging the protein. The peeled eggs are shredded in a medium-sized or grated.


Crab sticks are thawed out or placed in a container with hot water for several minutes. Each crab stick is cut into proportional cubes.

The salad will look original if crab sticks are cut into large circles. But in this case, all the other ingredients of the salad with crab sticks, eggs and tomatoes should also be made larger in size.

Tomatoes and bell peppers are washed with cold water, clean the vegetables from stalks, seeds and tails.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, leave them briefly on the cutting board in order to stack extra juice from them. If the tomato is too thick or damaged peel, it is carefully cut with a knife.


Sweet pepper is chopped with a thin straw.

To prepare the dressing, the garlic is ground with the help of a garlic mill, the vegetable is poured into a separate container and mixed with mayonnaise. Add salt to the sauce, black pepper or other spices, stir until smooth.

You can arrange the salad of chips and crab sticks with a serving ring. To do this, they put a form in the middle of the dish, fill it with salad, and if necessary, level the edges with a spoon. Carefully remove the ring, sprinkle with cheese and chips on top. An original element of the decor will be a carved flower of cherry tomatoes or a bud of chips laid out in a circle.
