When there are children in the family, in order to avoid problems with their health, one should try to constantly bring in less fried foods. This stuffed with melted cheese is a culinary compromise - cutlets are lightly fried in a pan and then stewed in a saucepan.

Thanks to the special features of the preparation, these cutlets turn out to be tender, juicy, lush and very tasty, and the melted cheese, which is inside, pleasantly melts in the mouth. For spicy and spicy, you can add a little garlic, but if you are cooking for young children, then it is better to refrain from garlic.

Products for cutlets:

  • 500 g of any stuffing (you can use for this recipe as a classic minced beef and pork mince, and dietary chicken);

  • 2 garlic cloves (optional);
  • half a loaf;
  • a little vegetable oil for frying;
  • spices and salt.

Take bread (it should be by the number of half as much as minced meat), and pour water.

How to cook cutlets with melted cheese:

Chicken mince  for cutlets it is better to cook by yourself. At home, you can prepare minced meat from a clean chicken breast, while store minced meat often contains impurities of fat, chicken skin. Agree, tasty dish  can only be done from quality products. Therefore, take the chicken breast, cut it from the bone, remove the skin. Cut into small pieces. Scrolling the meat through a meat grinder or punching in a blender. If you choose between a meat grinder and a blender, I prefer the second option, because the meat thus ground is transformed into a homogeneous, loose mass, and this greatly influences the structure of cutlets.

With pieces of a loaf or white bread we remove the crust. Bread crumb soaked in milk and otzhivaem. Add to the stuffing, once again punched blender.


Fused cheese can be taken classic or with any additives, for example, "Mushroom", "With ham". The main thing is that this product should be of high quality. In a bowl multivarka pour vegetable oil, turn on the program "Frying". When the oil warms up, place the prepared cutlets in one layer. Fry them on each side for 7-8 minutes. The roasting time can vary depending on the power of your multivark.
