Recipe   kish with chicken and mushrooms:

A few hours before the preparation of the kish or the night before, soak the dried mushrooms in clean water. Swell the mushrooms on a sieve and rinse thoroughly. Transfer mushrooms into a saucepan, pour them with clean water and cook for 30 minutes. Also put on the cooked chicken fillet or any other part of the chicken. Recipe 8: Kish with chicken, zucchini and garlic

  • 250 gr - flour
  • 125 g - butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons of ice water
  • 300 g - chicken fillet
  • 1 - onion
  • 250 g - zucchini squash
  • 1-2 - cloves of garlic
  • 200 g - fatty sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • dill, salt, pepper


  Sift into a bowl of flour and add a pinch of salt. We cut the oil into cubes and put it in a bowl to the flour. We rub the butter with the tips of the fingers to the state of oily crumbs. We do this as quickly as possible, so that the contact of hands with the test is minimal. Add the ice water to the crumb and quickly knead the dough.

We form a ball from the dough, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

While the dough cools, prepare the filling. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Onions cut into half rings, zucchini - small cubes.

In a frying pan on medium heat, reheat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. We put onions and fry, stirring, until golden brown.

We remove to the plate.

In the same frying pan add another 1 tablespoon. vegetable oil and in two batches fry chicken, stirring occasionally, about 5-6 minutes for each.

Transfer the fillets to a plate.

We put into the frying pan the chopped zucchini and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

We take the dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a circle, 6-7 cm more than the diameter of the mold.

We shift the dough into a mold, we cut off the excess edges. We work with a fork in several places.

We put a piece of foil on the dough, pour on it a load - dry beans, rice or special culinary loads. We put the form in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Then we remove the foil with the weights and bake another 7-10 minutes until the crunchy appearance of the state. We take out of the oven.

While the base is being baked, we prepare the fill. To do this, lightly beat whisk sour cream with eggs, grated garlic and finely chopped dill. Solim and pepper to taste.

Mix in a bowl of chicken, onions and zucchini, salt to taste.

Put the filling in the base, pour the egg-sour mixture.
