For the preparation of today's pancakes, we will need chicken fillet. It does not have to be a breast, you can take the fillet of the thigh.

Ingredients:(9-10 oladies)

  • 500 g zucchini or zucchini
  • 250-300 g of chicken fillet
  • 1 small onion (50-70 g)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp. l. with a slide of starch or flour
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

To prepare pancakes, I took a young zucchini, which weighed just 500 grams.


If zucchini are young, they tend to have a tender skin, and seeds are not yet inside. Therefore, you do not need to clean them.

We rub the zucchini on a large grater along with the peel.


Zucchini salted, mixed and for a while we set aside to separate the juice.

Chicken fillet cut into small cubes with a side less than 1 cm.


The bulb is also cut into small cubes.


Grated zucchini well squeezed, drain the juice. I got a little less than half a glass of juice.

In a bowl with courgettes add chicken fillet, onions, 2 tbsp. l. with a slide of starch or flour, a beaten egg and a garlic passed through the press.

Pour the vegetable oil into the frying pan and warm it well. Fry pancakes from courgettes with chicken will be on medium heat.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 breast (2 stick);
  2. 1 small onion;
  3. 1 small zucchini (its weight should correspond to 1/3 of the weight of meat);
  4. 1 small egg;
  5. 2-3 tablespoons manki;
  6. 1-2 pinches of dried dill;
  7. A little salt and pepper.

Preparation

Separate the fillet from the chicken breast, if there is skin, remove, it is not used for minced meat. From the bulb we remove the husks, cut into medium lobules. Fillet washed, dried, cut with arbitrary pieces. Meat with a bow scrolling through a meat grinder.

Zucchini rinse, cut off all unnecessary, remove peel, cut in half, take out a softer and juicy core with seeds. The remaining pulp is cut by pieces, we pass through a meat grinder.

In the received forcemeat we pour in the egg, we add pepper, salt, dried greens, all is well mixed directly by hand. At the end of the cooking, we add semolina. We look, if the forcemeat is still quite liquid, then we put some more of the manga. However, do not overdo it. The manga swells, for this we leave the dough to infuse for half an hour-hour.

We spread the lean oil, put it on a frying pan on a spoonful of ground meat. We give the fritters the correct round shapes, fry on medium heat until browning. We turn over the spatula, we bring squash pancakes  with chicken until ready. Enjoy your appetite!

Today I want to propose to prepare from the zucchini and chicken breast wonderful pancakes. In this performance, they can easily replace a full-fledged second course. How to make pancakes from courgettes and chicken

For this dish, we need a small zucchini. I had it weighing 900 grams, but after the skin was scraped and seeds removed, its total weight was 600 grams. Variety zucchini does not matter, I took a copy of a bright yellow for beauty.

Three vegetables on a regular large grater. Grind a lot of lightly sprinkled with salt, stir and remove to the side for about 30 minutes. It is necessary that the vegetable marrow let the juice.

In the meantime, chop the chicken breast into cubes, about 0.5 centimeters. You can, of course, grind it with a meat grinder or combine, but hand-cut breast in pancakes will be juicier.

Tip:  If the breast was just chilled, then, to make meat better cut, it can be slightly frozen. If, on the contrary, the chicken was frozen, then it is better to cut a not quite thawed piece.


After half an hour has passed, the crushed zucchini should be squeezed out properly. I managed to squeeze out of the vegetable not very much juice.


After spinning the squash mass decreased by a quarter.


We prepare the dough for pancakes. To the courgettes, add chicken breast, 2 eggs passed through the press, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 70 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.


All mixed until a homogeneous consistency.


Now, it remains to bake pancakes. In a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil lay out the cabbage-chicken mass. Spoon or shovel form flat cakes and close the pan with a lid. Fry for 1 minute on high heat, so that the meat does not start to give juice. Then, reduce the fire to medium and fry until a ruddy crust is formed.


Turn the squash pancakes and bring them to readiness, also, under the lid.
