Cut into long strips (5-7 cm each) celery feathers and carrots.

  Fry over medium heat in 1-2 tbsp. spoons of sunflower oil pickled chicken meat to readiness. Put it out of the pan.


  Put the rice noodles in warm boiled water for 15-20 minutes.


  Add to the pan another 1 tbsp. spoon the oil and fry on high heat onion half rings until golden brown.


  Add carrot, celery and paprika to onions. Fry for 5 minutes over high heat. Then we add to vegetables 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce. Syph on 1 tbsp. spoon of turmeric and curry. Season with chili powder to taste (carefully with pepper, it can be very spicy). Cover the vegetables with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.


  Add chicken to vegetables in a frying pan, simmer another 5 minutes.
  Now lay out the rice noodles prepared in water, mix thoroughly. Turn off the fire and cover with a lid.
