  • half a lemon;
  • three tablespoons of olive oil;
  • ground black pepper and salt.

Cooking:

  1. Chicken fillet cut into cubes, like mushrooms. Peel and cut onions, for example, in half rings. Chop or grind greens in a mortar.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil, fry onions first with the onions and mushrooms, then the chicken, so that it gets a slightly noticeable rosy.
  3. Pour into the pan balsamic vinegar and juice, pressed from half a lemon, simmer all the ingredients for about ten minutes.
  4. Rub the feta cheese on a grater and immediately put in the pan together with chopped herbs, pepper and salt. Leave the ingredients to sweat under the lid for a minute, then remove the pan from the heat.
  5. Empty the tomatoes by removing the pulp from them. Fill the tomatoes with stuffing, ramming it well.
  6. Next, put the stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet greased with olive oil and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for ten to fifteen minutes.

Pickled tomatoes will be a great snack stuffed cabbage  and greens. For cooking you will need:

  • two kilograms of tomatoes;
  • half fork cabbage;
  • carrot;
  • two or three bunches of dill;
  • bunch of parsley;

  • cilantro;

  • litere of water;
  • 3 tbsp. l salt.

Instruction:

  1. To begin with, chop cabbage and grate carrots, mix these vegetables with one tablespoon of salt and remember a little bit to give them juice.
  2. Wash, dry and chop all greens with a knife.
  3. Extract the pulp from the tomatoes, but not all: leave a little for taste.
  4. Fill the tomatoes with cabbage, carrots, and greens, put them in a jar or pan.
  5. Prepare the brine by mixing water with salt and bringing the solution to a boil.
  6. Pour the tomatoes in brine and leave in a warm place for a couple of days, and then send in the refrigerator.
