Ingredients:

Eggs - 3 pcs .;

Semolina - 1 cup;

Sour cream (preferably with an average percentage of fat) - 1 cup;

Sugar - incomplete glass;

Flour - 1 tbsp. L .;

Baking powder for dough (you can do without it) - 1 bag;

Butter or margarine - 50 grams.

Cooking method:

1. Melt margarine. 15 minutes is enough for heating. With this action we will grease the bowl of the multicooker, and then add it to the dough.

2. While margarine is melted, mix all other products.

3. We break eggs, we add in them sugar, sour cream, semolina. All gently mix with a spoon, and then with a mixer - at low speed.

Flour - 160 grams;

Sugar - 270 grams;

Sour cream (preferably 20%) - 270 grams;

Soda - 0.5 tsp;

Currant jam for decoration.

Cooking method:

1. Separate the yolks from the protein shell.

2. Half of the total amount of sugar is added to the yolk, and the remaining half is added to the protein.

3. Pour sour cream into yolks and whip. First, idle, and then add momentum.

Lemon juice (squeeze out of lemon) - 1 tsp;

Any berries (cherry, strawberry) - 300 grams.

Cooking method:

Ingredients:

For the test:

Flour - 1,5 - 2 glasses;

Kefir - 1 cup;

Eggs - 2 pcs .;

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. L .;

Salt - 0.5 tsp;

For filling:

Sardine in oil - 1 can;

Greens - dill, parsley.

Cooking method:

1. Pour into the container a glass of kefir, vegetable oil, eggs, salt on the tip of a knife and stir it all.

Achma is a Georgian multi-layered cheese pie. We offer its simplified version.

Ingredients:

Pita bread - 2 leaves;

Kefir - 400 ml;

Hard cheese (brynza) - 500 grams are needed in total, but you can take different cheese for this amount;

Eggs - 3 pcs .;

Ground black pepper - pinch;

Greens - to taste.

Ingredients:

1. Rub the whole cheese on a fine grater and visually divide it into about 3 portions.

2. In the bowl mix eggs, kefir and pepper.

3. Whisk with a whisk until smooth.

4. Cut out three circles from pita bread. Two of them should clearly lie on the bottom of the multicooker, and the third sheet should be larger in size.

5. We tear the remains of the pita bread into small pieces and send it to the egg-kefir mixture.

6. Place a large sheet of pita on the greased bowl. Sprinkle it with cheese.

1. The bowl of the multicooker must be greased with butter before use.

2. When whipping, proteins should always be cold. So they are better whipped.

3. It is advisable to pre-break eggs into separate dishes in order to make sure they are fresh.

4. The rotational speed of the mixer forks should be incremental. First, the slow move, which gradually accelerates.

5. You can check the dough with the help of a toothpick or a match. Dough should not stick to them.

6. To gently remove the cake from the multicooker, you must use a silicone or wooden spatula and detach the edges of the cake from the walls of the bowl.
