4. Add sugar and blend all together until a smooth, creamy consistency.


5. Bring down the cream. For a good churning you will need cream of 33 - 35% fat, always fresh. Before churning, they need to be cooled for two hours in the refrigerator, preferably with dishes, in which you will work with them.

  1. Ingredients:
  • 400 grams of mushrooms;
  • 250 grams of flour;
  • 200 grams of hard cheese;
  • 500 ml of milk;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream;
  • a third cup of vegetable oil;
  • two eggs;
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Cooking method:
  • beat eggs and add milk, sugar and salt;
  • constantly stirring the mixture, gradually add flour;
  • on a hot frying pan, at the bottom of which is poured vegetable oil, pour out the soup ladle;
  • pancakes are fried until golden brown, after which mushrooms with onions are cut and fried;
  • the filling is sprinkled with sugar and salt (right on the pan), sour cream is poured. The resulting is stirred;
  • the intended filling is brought to a boil, while hard cheese is being rubbed;
  • layer by layer on a plate laid pancakes, between which is stuffed with cheese filling. The top layer is also sprinkled with filling and grated cheese.

Pancake Cake with Custard

Unlike the previous version, the sweet pancake cake is the perfect dessert dish, equally suitable for tea drinking and coffee. Recipe:

  1. 50 grams of regular and vanilla sugar is poured into a saucepan with 500 ml of milk.
  2. Future cream is brought to a boil and poured into two equal parts. Then pour five egg yolks into a separate bowl, add 50 grams of sugar. Beat up.
  3. Pour one half of the cream in a bowl with yolks and mix.
  4. We boil the second half of the cream again, then add it to the pan with milk.
  5. Heat the mixture, add three eggs and salt.
  6. About 170-200 grams of flour and two tablespoons of vegetable oil are gradually added.
  7. Fry thin pancakes, grease them with butter.
  8. We lay out the ready-made pancake cake cake after the cake on the dishes, generously with cream. From above and on each side the dish is decorated with fruits and berries.
