        5. In the flour, make a deepening and pour salt water and diluted yeast.

        7. Mix the dough. Because the flour is different, you may need some more water. Place a glass of water next to it and add a little. We needed somewhere a couple of spoons. The dough should be tight, but not dry.


        8. Pour a little oil on the bottom of the cup, in which we work with the dough and soak the bowl.


        9. Mash the dough to a smooth homogeneous state. The dough turns dense not sticky.


        10. The dough is rounded. Put it in a greased bowl.


        11. Close the dough with a damp towel, but not wet, i.e. it must be soaked and wrung out well. We send the dough in a warm place. I turn on the light in the oven and put it there. And there it becomes warm. You can cover something.


        12. After 30 minutes we take out the dough. Look, it has already come. This is the result of the fact that the dough was added good yeast  on a honey solution.

        13. Dough put on the desktop, it oboinem and vymesim 2-3 more minutes. Then the dough is rounded again and we'll take another 10 minutes to heat. Then it will be easier to separate it.

        15. From this amount of test, we get 4 pizzas with a diameter of about 24 cm. We round each part of the dough, for this purpose we assemble the dough edges to the center, until a smooth surface is formed. We roll the seam.

        16. The rolled dough is closed with a damp towel and leave to rest for about 15 minutes.


        17. After 15 minutes, open the dough and first stretch a little with your hands. Masters say that you have to stretch your arms to get a ready-made cake, but we, I think, will be more convenient to do it with a rolling pin.


        18. We take one part of the dough, the rest we close until wet with a towel and roll it rolling it to a thin circle. Then we take the next and so on. Roll the dough with a wet towel.


        Bake the dough

        19. All our dough is completely ready for baking. Now, as usual, we spread the filling and bake. Piece of rolled dough spread on paper for baking, lightly stretch your hands and lubricate with olive oil. The oil will create a barrier between the filling, which we have quite wet and dough.


        20. We spread the dough with tomato sauce.


        21. Put a little chopped onion, a little bacon.


        22. Spread the diced mozzarella cheese, chopped tomatoes.
