  • Cut cucumbers on both sides

Ingredients:

  1. cucumbers 2 kg,
  2. salt - 2 tablespoons per 1 liter of water,
  3. dill fresh 1 bunch,
  4. garlic 1 small head.

When preparing it before use, rinse well with water, but without soap and powder and dry thoroughly. And if you use a baking sleeve for salting, then there is no need to wash it, and the tightness is excellent.

In our family, in the summer, every week they use a recipe of salted cucumbers, using a baking bag for salting. Close the package tightly, put in a dark bag and in a large pot without a lid on the windowsill in the sun. In a warm place, cucumbers prepare quickly and after 6-8 hours they can be eaten.
