Dough preparation

1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand. Let him lie so that it becomes soft. If you did not get the oil beforehand, then melt it in a water bath. But not to a liquid state, but so that it just becomes soft.

The oil I use is 82.5% fat. This is a true good butter, from which pastries are obtained not only tasty, but also useful. It costs a bit more expensive than 72.5%, but we don’t bake cakes every day, so use a good butter better. And really would not recommend the use of margarine.

We used to make “The Anthill” on margarine, in my old notebook with recipes it was written with margarine. But then they did not know anything about trans fats, and all sorts of other not very useful ingredients. Now we know and want to eat healthy food, so we use only 82.5% oil for food.

2. Mix oil with eggs.

3. Heat the milk slightly and add warm milk to the mixture of butter and eggs. Mix. If you use soda, then quench it with vinegar and add to the mixture.

4. Add flour with baking powder and salt. It is better to introduce flour gradually, carefully mixing the contents with a spoon. Then, when the dough becomes thick, put it on a floured table and knead with your hands. It is pleasant to tinker with dough, it is soft, elastic and does not stick at all to hands. Ready dough set cling film  and put in the fridge for 1 hour, or a little more.

While the dough is in the fridge, you can pre-make the cream. Or you can cook it when we bake cookies. Choose the time yourself, as you will be more convenient.

Cooking cream and cake

1. We need soft oil again, again 82.5%. We mix it with boiled condensed milk. I have it ready, bought in the store. But before they cooked themselves, they did not sell boiled one.

But if you need to cook it yourself, then put the jars in the pan, so that the water completely covers them, bring to a boil, reduce the heat. Boil for about 3 hours, constantly pouring water. Jars all the time should be completely covered with water, otherwise it’s an hour that our milk will explode. And then not to do without repair.

2. And so stir the butter with condensed milk using a mixer until smooth and color, add chopped walnuts. You can grind them on the board using a rolling pin. And so as not to fly apart, cover with a towel, and roll it with a rolling pin. Nuts should be not very small, so that, once on the tooth, they are tangible, and so they can crunch. And it's just nice when you get a nut.

3. Now that the dough is ready, proceed to baking cookies for the cake. Pull the dough out of the fridge, cut off a small part, remove the rest again in the fridge. We mix it again, we no longer need flour. Divide the dough into several parts.

5. Spread the sausages in a spiral so that between them there is free space for even baking.

6. Put the pan in the oven heated to 180 degrees. We bake 15-20 minutes. But I am not time oriented, I look more in appearance. It is necessary to bake until such a state, until the sausages are browned.

7. While the first batch is baked, you can still get the dough out of the refrigerator and roll up the sausages for the next batch. I have a lot of test, so I got either 4, or 5 baking sheets. For the following batches, no baking paper needs to be changed. So bake all the cookies.

8. We take out ready-made cookies and spread them in a flat dish to cool completely. It turned out we have uneven, just the way it should be. When we break it and make a cake, then in appearance it will be a real anthill.

9. When everything is cold, break them into small pieces in random order.

10. Transfer part of the cookies to a large saucepan, add all the cream there. Stir, gradually adding all the cookies. Immediately do not break all the cookies, maybe a little surplus. I have 3-4 things left. Of course, in a minute there was no longer left, the hunters were already going around in circles. And I think that before that, one or two sticks had already been dragged off. Simply, it is tasty without a cream, and everyone already knows about it.

11. I love to make a dense cake, not loose, so I put the cookies as much as there is enough cream. Stir a large spoon. The mass is large and heavy, and even sticky.

12. Now I am preparing a large dish, and putting all the mass into it with my hands, I form a large slide. I condense it so that everything is soaked as best as possible. Everything, the hill is ready.


13. Now it remains only to sprinkle it with chocolate. Right above the hill on a fine grater I rub chocolate as much as I want.

14. Now for two or three hours, the cake should be left at room temperature so that it is thoroughly soaked. And then put in the fridge for another day.

To make a cake, you will need:

400 g sour cream 25% fat and 200 g sour cream 15% fat; 1 egg; Half a kilo of top-grade flour; half a pack of butter (100 g); 150 grams of sugar; half a teaspoon of soda. (Use nuts and grated chocolate for decoration).

Recipe:

  1. Cake start cooking with dough. To do this, pour in a bowl of 15% sour cream and mix it with slaked soda.

Ingredients, from which is prepared a delicious birthday cake:

Start cooking cake:

  2. Melt the butter and pour into a bowl, mix.

  • To do this, type half the pot of water and put it on fire. Immediately place a can of condensed milk in it and boil it for two hours after boiling water.
