  • If you use fresh mushrooms or frozen, but not boiled previously, then they must be cooked before cooking the soup. Just put them in a saucepan, cover with cold water and boil for 40 minutes.

  • For the preparation of dried soup, they should also be prepared first. Wash the required number of mushrooms for the soup, put it in a bowl and fill it with warm water, leave it in this form for a couple of hours. After that, swollen mushrooms should be boiled or fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil for 30 minutes. It is not necessary to pour out the water in which the mushrooms were soaked, and the soup will cook on it.

  • At the very end of cooking in such a soup it would not hurt to add a bud of cloves, cut into thin slices of garlic cloves and a couple of bay leaves. Also goes well with mushrooms, coriander and freshly ground pepper.
