But for this salad it is recommended to choose a completely different way of preparing meat. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan and put a piece of meat on it. Best of all, if it is a chicken thigh, because the meat on it is the most juicy and tender. Fry the chicken for 7-8 minutes on both sides, then salt and add a glass of clean water to the pan. It can be supplemented with suitable spices, such as paprika or turmeric. Cover and cook the thigh for another 10 minutes over moderate heat. The meat will be very dense in texture, but at the same time soft. Cool the thigh, remove the bone and cut the chicken into small pieces. Transfer to a deep bowl.


Drain the jar of canned champignons. Cut into thin slices and add to chicken. The easiest way is to buy sliced ​​mushrooms.

If suddenly you did not have canned champignons, you can prepare fresh mushrooms in a special way. To do this, boil two glasses of water and send whole champignons to the pan. Add a teaspoon of sugar and salt, allspice and bay leaf to the water. Top up with 30 ml apple cider vinegar  and boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes. After the mushrooms have cooled, they can be cut and used in salads.


Frozen corn dipped in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain the water and add to the salad.


Grind hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the rest of the products. As an additional ingredient, you can use boiled eggs, which should also be finely chopped and added to the salad. Season the dish with a small amount of mayonnaise, salt and season with black pepper to taste.


The most spectacular salad of canned champignons and chicken will look like if you serve it in portions. Using a special metal mold or plastic ring, place the snack tightly on a serving plate. Tamp the salad tightly with a spoon so that it keeps its shape well and does not fall apart when serving.


Decorate the dish with grated cheese, mushrooms and fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
